Important points
- When you contact the CCC, you have a chance to discuss your concern with someone independent;
- Reporting a concern about an alleged breach of the Code with the CCC is free;
- By bringing your concern to the CCC, you lose none of your legal rights;
- You will not be bound by any determination that we make if you do not agree with the outcome;
- Your participation in the investigation process is completely voluntary and you are free to withdraw at any time.
- We cannot award or require that compensation or restitution be made because of a breach of the Code.
